Calling all advertising lovers! This listing is for a Dover advertising spouted, handled can. Could it have been used for oil? Or was it merely just an old galvanized steel container sold to store items in that may need a spout and handle? I believe this to be the case. There are some remnants of its old label so I will investigate if further but the possibilities are endless. It measures approximately 9" high by 7" wide. It has some remnants of its old label, its original handle, spout stopper, etc. though it may have some age-related wear (please see pictures).
