This listing is for a fantastic Sheffield Oval Tray. It is marked Sheffield Silver - Made In USA - EPC. It measures approximately 17 1/4" L x 13 " W. It seems to be in good shape though has age-related dirt, scratches and wear and could use a good cleaning (see pictures)
