They are marked ASCOT - SHEFFIELD DESIGN - REPRODUCTION BY (?) COMMUNITY - WEIGHTED.
They are complete with stoppers.
They may have the to be expected age-related minor wear, scuffs, dirt, or scratches; though I saw nothing of note.
