This listing is for a wonderfully creative, leather, or leather-like, belt-buckle clasp front trinket, or keepsake box.
It looks to be in good shape though the belt buckle bottom needs to be reglued onto the box and it shows some minor signs of wear (see pictures) It measures approximately 9" x 5 3/4"
