The "Seymour House" is a wonderful hand-etched, hand-colored picture of a local Vermont house that still stands to this day. It is gorgeous. It measures approximately (framed) 10 3/4" x 9 1/2". It has the words:"Seymour House 1816, Congo. Church, 1806, Middlebury, Vermont - Thomas M Johnson (?). Then a previous owner taped some more wonderful information about this iconic house on the back.
