This is a wonderful hanging thermometer/humidity gauge. It's marked: Springfield Instruments. It measures approximately 14" H
This item may have minor scratches and scuffs, and age-related dirt or could use a good cleaning (though I saw nothing of note please see the pictures).
For condition please see pictures carefully, I try to note anything obvious.
