This is very cute. It's either pewter or silver plate, not sure. It has a design etched on the base. There also looks to be an anomaly in the making on the neck (see pictures) It is not marked. Approx 2 1/4H base apprx 3" dia Definitely needs a cleaning.

All metal items will need a good cleaning as I don’t clean them as the cleaner doesn’t agree with me.
