This is wonderfully crafted from wood, and hand-painted. There was such care to detail taken in the carving and hand-painting that was done. It looks to be in good shape. Russian maybe? It measures approx. 3 3/4"H
This item may have minor scratches and scuffs, and age-related dirt or could use a good cleaning (though I saw nothing of note please see the pictures).
