This is a silver/silverplate med-sized, pedestal bowl. It needs cleaning. It is marked WM A Roger - Oneida Ltd Silversmiths It measures 1 3/4" H x 8 1/2"Dia

This item may have minor scratches and scuffs, and age-related dirt or could use a good cleaning (though I saw nothing of note please see the pictures).
All metal items will need a good cleaning as I don’t clean them as the cleaner doesn’t agree with me.
