These are 4 silver/silver plate napkin holders. They are approximately 1 1/2" H. They seem to be in good shape for their age. Maker marks state made in India.

This item may have minor scratches and scuffs, and age-related dirt or could use a good cleaning (though I saw nothing of note please see the pictures).
All metal items will need a good cleaning as I don’t clean them as the cleaner doesn’t agree with me.
