This is a great, heavy, painted metal candle holder. It measures approximately 4 1/4" H. It is marked "made in India".
It looks to be in good shape though has some paint rubbed off(see pictures).

This item may have minor scratches and scuffs, and age-related dirt or could use a good cleaning (though I saw nothing of note please see the pictures).
