This is an great, old, Montegomery Ward Co.horse and wagon bank. It is made with heavy, painted metal and comes with its key. It measures approximately 2 /14" H x 6 1/4" L. It is marked The Ertl Co - Dyersville, Iowa USA - made in Korea.
It lookse to be in good shape (see pictures).
