It measures approximately 15 1/4" x 7"
It is marked #55
It really needs a good cleaning by a professional. It looks to be in good shape, though it may have any of the normal minor age-related issues such as minor scuffs, scratches and finish loss (please see pictures).
All my listings for metal dishes could use a good cleaning as the metal cleaner and I don't get along.
