It is marked made in the USA and on the hood, it has a "star" and the numbers 656
It measures approximately 5 1/2"L x 1 1/2" W
I seems to be in good condition, though it could use a good cleaning professionally and does have some minor surface rust on the metal, with the to be expected age-related wear, scuffs, and scratches;
