It is marked: Wallace Silver Plate 452, .
It looks to need a really good cleaning but other than that I could see nothing of note.
This item may have minor scratches and scuffs, and age-related dirt or could use a good cleaning (though I saw nothing of note please see the pictures).
All metal items will need a good cleaning as I don’t clean them as the cleaner doesn’t agree with me.
